This delightfully refreshing apple cider, fermented with Yarra Valley Chardonnay lees, is a tip of the hat to our friend in the field and a tasty reminder to always keep your eyes on the prize.

What do you get when you ferment bright red Aussie apples with Yarra Valley Shiraz Grapes? A crisp and flavoursome rosé that you’d give your left eye for – that’s what! (Something our poor mate Louis lost in the orchard back in 1905 due to a nasty stick v face incident.) This one’s for your Louis. Keep your eyes on the prize.
