You ask, we deliver. A mix of 12 each of our two Louis Ciders
Louis Apple
Back in 1905, an unfortunate stick vs face incident caused orchard worker Louis Cardinoux to lose his left eye. This delightfully refreshing apple cider, fermented with Yarra Valley Chardonnay lees, is a tip of the hat to our friend in the field and a tasty reminder to always keep your eyes on the prize.
Louis Rosé
What do you get when you ferment bright red Aussie apples with Yarra Valley Shiraz Grapes? A crisp and flavoursome rosé that you’d give your left eye for – that’s what! (Something our poor mate Louis lost in the orchard back in 1905 due to a nasty stick v face incident.) This one’s for your Louis. Keep your eyes on the prize.
