Louis Rosé is here. It is an aperitivo style apple cider perfect for heady summer days. Hand-picked red apples from our Coldstream Orchard, cold crushed then pumped over Yarra Valley shiraz skins, followed by a two-week ferment in open top small pots and finally, pressed off the skins to cold settle.
It’s aromatic and dry, with notes of amaro, ginger and juniper. Pours beautifully – the colour is lush, with pale plum and pink grapefruit hues shining through.
