Napoleone Methode Traditionnelle Apple Cider is released on a limited basis by our winemakers.
This sparkling Apple cider was made using a blend of the Australian developed cultivars Granny Smith, Pink Lady & Sundowner apples… A combination that enhances complexity and the ‘sense of place’ that it was grown and made.
We use the ‘Traditional Method’ technique, comprising of bottle fermentation and ageing on yeast lees for up to 3 months. Disgorging began on August 2012.

The palate has an understated tension throughout, retaining freshness and a purity of fruit. Subtle tannin helps cleanse the delicate sweetness and flavours to prepare the palate for food.
